OUR PROCESS

  • Step 1: Consultation:

    Stop by or schedule an appointment to meet with our Sales Representative who specializes in helping our future homeowners find their forever home.

  • Step 2: Discovery:

    Discuss what you are looking for in a new home and home site and build your new home on paper with the selections you want!

  • Step 3: Paperwork

    Sign all necessary documentation and put your deposit down to finalize your investment!

  • Step 4: Loan

    Apply for your construction draw loan, VA loan or Conventional loan .

  • Step 5: Selections

    Choose all of the colors and finishes for your new home with our Sales Representative  

  • Step 6: Pre-construction meeting

    Meet your Project Manager prior to the start of your new home and review all selections and “what to expect” throughout this exciting experience

  • Step 7: Construction

    We invite you to be as involved as you’d like to be during this exciting time.  You will receive updates on a regular basis and attend multiple customer involvement meetings with your Project Manager throughout construction on your home.  

  • Step 8: Completion

    Once the house is complete, depending on your choice of loan, we hand you the keys to your beautiful new home or you will attend your closing.

  • Step 9: Warranty

    We wont just hand you your keys and say “good luck!” We are proud to be a member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of CNY and our in-house warranty department follows all of their guidelines to ensure all of our customers are happy and would recommend us to a friend/family member.
